The Loaded Goat is a fresh, local food truck centered on quality, creativity, and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Leaning slightly Southern in influence, our menus are designed to evolve with the seasons and adapt seamlessly to events, allowing us to showcase thoughtful, scratch-made food.

"The first dish I tried at America's River Roots was an absolute winner. The South is a satisfying pile of golden brown hand-cut fries loaded with juicy bourbon barrel-smoked pulled pork, bacon bits and sweet barbecue sauce. And kudos to Loaded Goat, a food truck staple of Oxford farmers markets, for being so on-brand with the River Roots theme.
That holds true not only for the names of its dishes, but the dishes themselves.
Along with The South, you can also order goetta fries with beer cheese, a Porkopolis-appropriate applejack pork chop burger and a New Orleans barbecue pork chop burger with New Orleans white sauce (I'm guessing remoulade?).
